Soha Ali Khan has over time proved her dedication towards fitness and intense workouts. Her training journey, which includes consistent workouts and intense challenges, is the perfect fitness inspiration. Recently, she shared a glimpse of her morning workout routine after she was on a break for some time. She demonstrated some effortless free hand exercises along with some strength training. The clip begins with her meeting her trainer before starting her rigorous training targeting her biceps, leg muscles, as well as hips.

Sharing the video with her followers, Soha surely gave everyone the much needed motivation to train even on the weekends. Along with the video, she wrote, “Few things are more tough than that first session at the gym after a loooooong break!” Her fans were quite inspired by her routine which showed a lot of variation from normal training. Soha has been regarded as one of the fittest actresses and has often shared her advice on how to keep up with your health. In an interview with India TV, Soha stated, “I can tell you lots. I think what is important in your 40s, I can tell you about 40s because I have already entered my 40s. Your body does change, things that you could take for granted, you can’t take anymore. I have invested in strength training. I think it is important to have a strong back and strong legs, So, functional training is very important which I do three times a week. And for fun, I like to play badminton as I think it is also important to have fun.”

Furthermore, Soha Ali Khan emphasised on a balanced diet along with regular workouts. During the interview, Soha highlighted the importance of having a nutritious diet over adopting fad diets or restricted eating practices. She felt that food is more than just fuel for our body, and it also provides pleasure and happiness. She strongly advocated for a whole-foods diet that nourishes the body.
