Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has returned to Mumbai along with his family after witnessing the victory of his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Chepauk Stadium in Chennai on Sunday. SRK was spotted arriving at a private terminal in Mumbai on Monday night. He once again avoided posing for the paps by hiding behind an umbrella. He was accompanied by his wife, Gauri Khan, and son, Aaryan.
In a video, shared by Viral Bhayani, paparazzi can be heard repeatedly requesting SRK to pose for just one picture, but the actor didn’t pay any heed to them. “Khan sahab ek photo. Ab toh jeet gaye,” paps screamed. Check out the video here:
The Shreyas Iyer-led side defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by eight wickets at Chepauk in Chennai. SRK, who co-owns the Kolkata-based franchise, was spotted cheering for his team. He was joined by Gauri and their children — Suhana, Aryan and AbRam.
A video of Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter Suhana sharing a warm hug after KKR’s victory also made its way to social media. The clip shows a teary-eyed Suhana hug her dad. Soon after, AbRam also joins the father-daughter duo, followed by Aryan.
It marks a double celebration for the Khan family, as today (May 27) marks the 11th birthday of Shah Rukh Khan’s youngest child, AbRam Khan. AbRam’s sister, Suhana Khan, also shared a picture of her little brother wearing a KKR jersey, sitting in the stadium. In her caption, she wrote, “Good day to be the birthday boy.”
