Isha Malviya Makes BIG Statement About Bigg Boss 17 Participation: 'Encountered Selfish People Who...'

Isha Malviya gained widespread recognition for her role in the hit TV show Udaariyaan. However, it was her stint in the reality show Bigg Boss 17, which made her a household name for different reasons. Months after the show’s grand finale, Isha has now said that she encountered several “selfish people” in the controversial reality show who “used her”.

In a recent interview, Isha Malviya mentioned that even though she does not regret participating in Bigg Boss 17, she isn’t happy about her “experiences” in the show. “I’ve encountered many selfish people who were just using me, and I didn’t even realize it at the time. I regret those experiences, but I don’t regret participating in Bigg Boss. I regret forming friendships or relationships with people who didn’t respect me or understand my worth,” she said.

The 20-year-old actress further revealed that after her Bigg Boss 17 stint, she is not willing to participate in more reality shows. “I don’t think I would do more reality shows in general, but if it’s something related to dancing, like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, I would love to participate. I’ve been dancing since I was six years old, so why not?” the actress added.

Isha Malviya’s Bigg Boss 17 journey was quite interesting. She entered Salman Khan’s show with her former boyfriend, Abhishek Kumar. The two were in a romantic relationship while they used to work together in Udaariyan but had reportedly parted ways on an ugly note. In just a few weeks of Bigg Boss 17, Isha and Abhishek once again started to develop feelings for each other. However, the show took a dramatic turn after Samarth Jurel entered as a wild card contestant and introduced him as Isha’s boyfriend. While the actress initially refused their relationship, she later accepted it.

Isha and Samarth also broke up soon after the show ended. In May this year, Samarth confirmed their breakup while speaking to Instant Bollywood when he also slammed Isha and called her an opportunist.

“Voh actually bohot badi opportunist hai. Uska aisa tha ki, koi bhi event ho raha hai ya koi bhi function ho raha hai toh mujhse baat karne lag jayegi. For example, Holi event tha, humari baat cheet ekdum band thi. Lekin ek din pehle se mujhse baat karne lag gayi ki tu aa raha hai na? Mereko bahaar tak iss liye le gayi kyuki paps khade the, taaki humari spotting ho jaaye. Pata chal jayega logo ko ki hum saath main hai,” Samarth said.
