Justice Hema’s committee report has revealed shocking details about the Malayalam film industry, while Sonakshi Sinha has put on sale the house she got married to Zaheer Iqbal in.

Justice Hema’s committee report has revealed some shocking details about the Malayalam film industry. In 2017, an actress was sexually assaulted following which the government formed a three-member commission. While it was headed by Justice K Hema (retired), former bureaucrat KB Valsalakumari and veteran actress Sharada were the other two team members. The report, which was submitted to the government in 2019, has now been made available to the public.

Sonakshi Sinha’s apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra area, where she got married to Zaheer Iqbal, has been put up for sale. The apartment, which she purchased last year, boasts of a carpet area of 4,000 square feet. The decision has raised eyebrows among her fans, especially since Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s marriage took place in that very apartment.

Shweta Tiwari opened up to News18 Showsha about daughter Palak Tiwari and their equation. Talking about Palak’s ‘expensive taste’, Shweta said that her daughter not only spoils her with branded gifts but also enjoys them herself. Shweta said, “My daughter loves splurging on luxuries. She loves owning branded bags and clothes. She doesn’t like shopping from showrooms at malls. She shops from London,” says Shweta.

In a recent revelation from the documentary Angry Young Men, legendary screenwriter Salim Khan shared details of his early struggles in Mumbai and his romantic beginnings with Salma Khan, the mother of superstar Salman Khan. “I used to pay Rs 55 rent per month for half a room. My first ambition was to rent the entire room for Rs 110, but that wish was never fulfilled,” Salim said. During these early days of hardship, Salim Khan met Salma Khan, who was just 17 at the time.

Reflecting on their two-decade-long acquaintance, Anubhav Sinha acknowledged Kapur’s deep affection for him but admitted that the actor’s initial response to the role in IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack was a firm ‘no.’ “Pankaj Kapur was the most difficult to cast,” Sinha said. “He doesn’t say yes easily. He loves me dearly, and I’ve been working with him since 2004.”
