New Delhi: A Delhi court has framed charges under section 375 (B) of IPC against Mahmood Farooqui, co-director of ‘Peepli Live’.

A US national had alleged sexual assault against filmmaker and historian Farooqi in March this year.
Trial will be conducted on day to day basis.
US national has requested, through her counsel, that trial be conducted since her visa expires on October 5.
Farooqi doesn’t have any objection.
