Spending a lot of time alone, increased screen time and being alone in your room indicates that things are not good for you.
Life is not a bed of roses and things are not always the way you wish them to be. Some signs indicate that something is not right. For example, feelings of loneliness, sadness and frustration may imply that you are dealing with something on an emotional level.
According to therapist Lalitaa Suglani, people have varying behaviours that show they do not feel comfortable with themselves. She told the Hindustan Times, “When we offer ourselves the space to reflect on these behaviours we can step in to manage the behaviours before it gets to a crisis or we are burnt out.”

Having difficulty staying motivated and focused is a sign that things are not going well. It also includes not being able to pay attention to the present. It happens because our mind is filled with unwanted thoughts. - Sense of Frustration
Feeling frustrated physically, mentally and emotionally indicates a feeling of uneasiness. We are unable to get rid of the feeling of being burnt out or drained, despite taking a good rest. - Isolating Ourselves
Not connecting with others, refraining from attending social gatherings and events, isolating oneself in rooms and avoiding talking to others indicates that a person is dealing with something.
