Dried Gooseberries
All you need to do before bedtime is soak 10 to 12 teaspoons of gooseberry powder or a handful of dried gooseberries in 2 cups of water in a pan.
Grind the soaked and dried gooseberries in the morning. Next, mix 2 teaspoons of coffee powder and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice into the soaked gooseberries. If you have more than 1 cup of gooseberry mixture, just add 2 teaspoons of coffee powder and three teaspoons of lemon juice for each cup. If you’ve made more than 1 cup of gooseberry mixture, simply add 2 teaspoons of coffee powder and three teaspoons of lemon juice for each cup.
Henna Paste:
Take 3 to 4 spoons of henna powder for each cup and make a thick paste. Add water to the paste depending on whether you soaked gooseberries or dried gooseberries overnight. Let the paste soak for two hours, then apply it thoroughly to all parts of your hair. Leave the paste on for 2 hours, then rinse with clean water. After leaving the paste on for some time, apply oil to your scalp. Let it stay overnight and shampoo the next morning. Remember to use a conditioner. Repeat this process once a week for at least three months.
Onion Juice:
Peel and grind an onion, then extract its juice. Apply the juice from the root to tip your hair thrice a week. Let it soak for 20 to 40 minutes, and then shampoo your hair.
Make onion juice and keep it in the fridge three times a week. Follow this recipe regularly to reduce hair fall and for natural black hair fall.
