Bhagyashree Dassani is a fitness enthusiast. And, her Instagram timeline is proof. Bhagyashree, besides being an actor and a fitness enthusiast, is also a certified nutritionist.

She often shares fitness tips and addresses several health-related issues and the importance of consuming certain fruits and vegetables. The Radhe Shyam actor keeps sharing snippets of her fitness routine on daily basis to keep her fans updated.

Recently, Bhagyashree has shared a video of her intense workout as a weekend goal. The actor is seen doing her favourite cardio exercise. In the video, Bhagyashree can be seen holding on to two suspension traps and performing squats and kicks simultaneously and repeating them.

The caption read: “I hadn’t done my favourite exercise in a while. So, I thought let me have a go. Gave me a super #adrenaline rush, did 3 sets of 20 kicks after my usual sets, and was dead by the end of it. “

While giving her advice on fitness, she added, “This not only works on your strength and endurance but gives you a super cardio flush. Sometimes you have to give your workouts a shake, mix them up, give them a twist.”

Cardio drills have multiple health benefits. It helps with the brain, and joint health and strengthens the heart and blood vessels. It also helps with decreasing the risks of cardiovascular diseases.

Earlier, Bhagyashree also talked about age-related stiffness and mobility and shared a few easy exercises with her fans that can be practiced at home.

In the video, Bhagyashree can be heard saying, “Movement is medicine.” She can be seen doing Hip Thrusts, Hip Stretches, and Side Sits. She underlined the benefits of the easy exercises and wrote that these exercises can increase flexibility and blood circulation.
