Former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and his kin have moved the High Court seeking relaxation in conditions imposed on them while granting anticipatory bail in illegal mining case.The High Court which granted anticipatory bails to all the four accused,including Yeddyurappa, his two sons and son-in-law on June 21 said that they cannot leave Bangalore without CBI’s permission. In his petition Yeddyurappa sought permission to embark on state tour. He and his family members have moved High Court, which is expected to conduct hearing at the earliest.
