Day temperatures fell in Varanasi division, sources said, adding that they were below normal in Moradabad division and normal elsewhere. Highest maximum temperature of 43.2 degree Celsius was recorded in Banda.
Sources said rain or thundershowers would occur at many places over western districts and isolated places over east UP in the next 24 hours.
