New Delhi: A fire broke out on board a train in Andhra Pradesh early on Wednesday morning.

Coaches of Padmawati Express caught fire at around 0330 hrs (IST) near Ongole in Andhra Pradesh.

Nobody was injured and the fire was soon brought under control. The train was travelling from Secunderabad to Tirupati.

This is the second time such accident Andhra Pradesh in the last two months.

On August 2, 32 passengers were charred to death most of them in sleep when the Secunderabad-Kakinada Gouthami Express train caught fire in Warangal district of Andhra.

Five bogies of the train were completely gutted by the time help arrived.
