HYDERABAD: The Telangana Telugu Desam Party legislators (numbering about 33) who had resigned to their posts on Monday, have decided to undertake bus yatra in all the 10 Telangana districts starting from July 7. After a meeting at the TDLP office, Telangana TDP forum convenor E Dayakar Rao told newsmen here on Tuesday that they would undertake a bus yatra in each of the Telangana district from July 7 with an intention to create awareness among the people on separate statehood issue. The yatra would start from Medchal constituency in Rangareddy district. One district would be covered each day, he added.Earlier in the day, the Telangana TDP members staged a dharna near the Gun Park demanding their resignations be accepted. They were taken into custody and sent to Bolaram police station as Section 144 was in force in the city for two days. They were, however, later released. Dayakar Rao said rallies would be held in all the mandal headquarters in the region on July 8.
