BANGALORE: More than 25 final year BA students from Government College in Doddabalapur protested in front of the Bangalore University Vice-Chancellor’s office. The students gathered demanded for re-evaluation of their answer scripts following dismal marks for the majority in their classrooms. The students presented a dismal picture of the education system and expressed frustration over not being to apply elsewhere because of the delay.The registrar for evaluation T R Subramanian told Express that the students came on Thursday to meet the Vice-Chancellor regarding low marks that they had scored in the English Language Paper.“Around 45 students had failed in the paper and the students claim they had performed well. We have asked for a written complaint. If evaluators are found guilty then action will be taken against them,” he said.
