The apex court said that the Delhi L-G is a good academician and educationist and he must have taken a decision after good consideration.
New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday refused to stay the Delhi High Court's order on nursery school admissions. It is now scheduled to hear the matter on January 31.
The apex court has also said that the LG of Delhi is not just a good academician but also a good educationist and he must have taken a decision after good consideration.
The Delhi High Court order had upheld the notification of the Lieutenant General abolishing 20 per cent management quota and giving preference to kids staying near the school.
