CHENNAI: A 36-year-old sacked lecturer has been arrested for allegedly sending an SMS claiming bomb threat to Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa and the state secretariat, police said today.Yogeswaran of Achirappakkam in Kancheepuram district, 96 km from here, was arrested by a team of Central Crime Branch of City Police and his interrogation revealed that he did so to take revenge on staff who was responsible for his dismissal from the college by misusing his photo identity and purchasing a SIM card (in his name), police said.The SIM card dealer who had sold it to him on a wrong photo identity and address proof, was also being interrogated, they said.Yogeswaran had sent the SMS on July 11 to the Chennai police control room, they added.
