Demini Reang and Dharmen Reang were arrested when they were trying to kidnap two inmates of the camp on Tuesday.
About 37000 Bru/Reang community people, displaced from neighbouring Mizoram following ethnic clashes, have been sheltered in six evacuee camps in Kanchanpur since 1997.
