Paravoor sex scam: One more arrested

KOCHI: The Crime Branch on Saturday arrested one more person in the Paravoor sex scam. The arrested is Aneesh of Pattimattom.
The police have also registered the arrest of Mohan Kumar of Coimbatore, who was taken into custody on Friday. Mohan Kumar is a real estate agent. wWith this, the total number of people arrested in connection with the case is 49. Sources with the Crime Branch said some more people had been taken into the custody. However, more details will be available only after further interrogation. Some people in Coimbatore are also under the scanner. Former CPM leader Thomas Varghese, who was earlier arrested, was taken to Thiruvananthapuram on Saturday for evidence collection.
