BANGALORE: The High Court on Thursday directed the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to file objections within one week in connection a case related to the construction of a commercial complex in BTM Layout.The division bench headed by Justices Manjula Chellur and S N Satyanarayana, heard the petition filed by Kannada film director Girish Kasaravalli stating that BBMP had permitted to build a commercial complex at 18th Cross of the BTM Layout, a residential area.Kasaravalli, in his submission stated that if commercial complex comes up in the residential area it will cause lot of problems to senior citizens. The proposed complex in the residential area is a six-storey building, he contended in the submission.
