Mumbai: As the news of actress Jiah Khan's untimely demise trickled in, Bollywood celebrities took to Twitter to express grief and shock over the news.
The actress, who was found dead in her apartment on Monday night, made her debut in Ram Gopal Verma's 'Nishabdh' in 2006.
A shocked RGV, tweeted about the actress and said, "Shocked and choked to hear about Jiah(sic)". The director also remembered her as being a talented, vivacious young girl.
"Never ever seen a debutant actress with more spunk and more spirit than Jiah when i was directing her in Nishabd(sic)," the filmmaker tweeted.
Even though the film didn't do well, Jiah's performance was noted and she starred in films like 'Ghajini' and 'Housefull' later on.
