Though his latest assignments with scripting in 'David and Goliath ' failed to click, Anoop Menon is still open to experiments, the actor will now play a double role in his upcoming film.
The actor will have twin roles in the new V K Prakash movie 'Garudapuranam' - a sequel to the three decade old tantrik horror flick 'Sreekrishnapparunthu'. The story of the film passes through two eras- a modern one and the other which exposes the wicked sides of tanthrik and black magic.
The script for the film is written by Arjun Mohan' and the screenplay is by Parthan Mohan.
The film is a thriller, National award winner Ouseppachan has composed the music for the film. The original movie 'Sreekrishnapparunthu' was written by P V Thampy and directed by A Vincent, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, Balan K Nair, and Jagathy featured in lead roles.
