Moot Court contest inaugurated

KOCHI: The seventh national trial advocacy competition jointly organised by Surana and Surana International Attorneys, Chennai, and National University of Advanced Legal Studies (Nuals) was inaugurated by Justice N K  Balakrishnan on the Nuals campus on Friday.The preliminary rounds will commence at 10 am on Saturday. Fourteen colleges from across the country are participating. Faculty advisor of Nuals Moot Court Society Jacob Joseph welcomed the gathering. Nuals Vice-Chancellor N K Jayakumar presided over the function. S Ravichandran, head, Academic Initiatives Surana and Surana International Attorneys, offered felicitations. Nuals Students Council president N Harikrishna proposed a vote of thanks.
