Man sodomises 10-year-old boy, efforts on to nab the accused

A 10-year-old boy was sodomised by a youth in Jaipur, police said on Monday.

The accused identified as Rajesh Zaidiya lured the boy to a hillock nearby and sodomised him there on Sunday, they said.

Rajesh, aged around 25 years, is the neighbour of the victim and absconding after the incident, SHO Bhatta Basti Rajendra Singh said.

He has been booked for sodomy under relevant sections of the IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO), police said, adding efforts are on to nab the accused.
