"Right now as we speak, there's a woman suffering abuse! Every minute we don't do something, effects the life of a woman!" Mallika tweeted Sunday.
Mallika, who has featured in movies like 'Murder' and 'Welcome', was last seen on television in a reality show 'The Bachelorette India - Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika'.
Mallika Sherawat has been speaking about the plight of women in India in her interviews.
