A sweeper spotted the male foetus, which was around three-and-a-half-month-old, in the ladies toilet of Kanwatia Hospital in Shastri Nagar in the morning, SHO Nathu Lal said. Police are looking for the woman who delivered the foetus in the lavatory, he said.
