HYDERABAD: The central government is keen to provide medical facilities on the lines of corporate hospitals to all industrial workers, Union minister for labour and employment Mallikarjun Kharge has said.After laying the foundation-stone of an ESIC Diagnostic Centre at the ESI Multispeciality Dispensary at Jeedimetla here on Sunday, Kharge said the UPA government had allocated `38 crore for establishment of 11 special departments in 50-bed multispeciality hospitals of the ESI Corporation. One more dispensary will be set up Hyderabad for unskilled workers. He asked medical and health officials to provide smart cards to all workers under RSPY health scheme which was launched by the UPA government. State labour minister Danam Nagander and Parliament member Sarve Satyanarayana also spoke.
