The filmmaker had hosted Kapur after he first landed in Los Angeles.
Mumbai: Internationally acclaimed Indian filmmaker Shekhar Kapur remembers Jagmohan Mundhra, who died on Sunday of cardiac arrest, as a good host and says that the late filmmaker looked after him when he first landed in Los Angels.
"Jagmohan Mundhra and his wife Chandra selflessly looked after people from indian films in LA (Los Angeles). Looked after me for months when I first landed," Kapur said in a tweet.
"There was never a time when Jag and Chandra's house was not open for guests. I will miss him dearly When friends pass away you ask yourself why you are not doing what you should now. What are you waiting for? RIP Jag," he added.
