Jagan moves HC for copy of CBI report

HYDERABAD: A day after the division bench of chief justice Nissar Ahmad Kakru and justice Vilas Afzalpurkar reserved their judgments in a batch of five writ petitions against him, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy moved a petition in the High Court seeking a copy of the CBI report.The CBI after conducting a preliminary probe into the assets of Jagan and the firms which invested in Jagan's companies, submitted a 'sealed cover' report to the High Court.On Thursday minutes before reserving orders in the cases the bench opened the sealed covers. In his present application Jagan stated that in view of the action of the bench on Thursday and observations of the Supreme Court in this regard he should be served a copy of the order.
