2013 saw some really interesting performances by popular actors who were roped in by the filmmakers to play negative roles. But it was Aamir Khan who won the poll with 51.6% votes. There is no denying the fact that Bollywood veteran Rishi Kapoor is one of the most versatile actors. Rishi, who kicked off his career as a romantic hero has been successful in transforming himself as Bollywood's most appreciated anti-hero. After winning accolades for playing Rauf Lala in Karan Johar's remake of Agneepath, Rishi again played an intense character in 'Aurangzeb'. His work was such that he managed to outperform the heroes on several counts in 'Aurangzeb'. He earned 24.12% votes.
Paresh Rawal who has given several moving performance in the past, became everyone's favourite Bollywood tough guy, courtesy 'Table No 21'. When movie buffs went to the cinema halls to watch the film, they were a bit shocked and highly impressed with him. His onscreen persona will always be significant for his unfriendly aura and hard-hitting dialogues. He earned 9.17% votes.
Vivek Oberoi played the super villain Kaal in Krrish 3 opposite star Hrithik Roshan. The actor who showed courage in opting for a negative role especially when one enjoys an image of a "hero" in Bollywood, made sure the attempt brought him desired results. And the fact that even Hrithik wanted to play Kaal explains the significance it enjoys. It was definitely the most challenging role of the actors' career. He earned 7.79% votes.
John Abraham who played gangster Manya Surve in 'Shootout at Wadala', didn't leave anyone disappointed. As the actor had said the project be career defining film, it did turn out to be the same. Those who adore him for his charm and good looks was happy in flaunting his devious side in the film. He earned 7.31% votes.
