Self-styled godwoman Radhe Maa on Monday reiterated her innocence following a series of complaints against her. Addressing a press conference, the godwoman said that she was "pure and pious" and had full trust on media and police.
The self-styled godwoman further said that she should not be blamed if her followers believed her to be the reason for their wellbeing.
This case even as another complaint was filed against the woman. According to the complaint, a family of seven from Kutch in Gujarat committed suicide because of Radhe Maa.
The complaint alleged that the family donated their property to Radhe Maa, hoping to get out of their miseries. The family, however, took the extreme step after they lost all hopes.
The complainant has said that a case of abetment to suicide should be filed against Radhe Maa.
Meanwhile, the woman has time till Friday to appear before Mumbai Police for questioning in a dowry harassment case.
