Rampur: In a bizarre incident in Uttar Pradesh, the entire district administration in Rampur has launched a one of a kind, high level search operation for seven buffaloes.
These buffaloes were stolen from Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan's farmhouse in Rampur after reportedly the farmhouse wall was knocked down.
The police and administration has been left red faced after the incident showcased the poor law and order situation in the state.
Senior administration officials are reportedly also a part of the search team. The high level search operation team also includes a squad of sniffer dogs to trace the stolen buffaloes.
Khan has often been in the news for wrong reasons with the latest being his study trip abroad along with other UP ministers.
