KOCHI: The Department of Culture and Heritage, Cusat, is conducting a short-term course of 100-hour duration in Communicative French, during April and May. The course is designed in such way as to enable students to be proficient in the spoken aspect as well as the basic grammar of the language. Reading and writing skills in French language are thrust areas of the programme. Applicants to be considered, should have passed Plus-Two, CBSE or an equivalent examination. Application forms can be obtained from the office of the Department of Culture and Heritage, Cusat, Main Campus, Thrikkakara, on all working days from 10 am to 4 pm on payment of `50.The course fee is `5,000 to be remitted by cash in a single installment.
