Farm labourer rapes 13-month-old girl in Bulandshahr, arrested

A 13-month-old girl was allegedly raped by a farm labourer in Heerapur village in Bulandshahr district, police said on Friday.

The 45-year-old accused Gyan Singh had came to attend a marriage function in the village where he raped the child, who also came with her parents on the occasion on Thursday night, they said.

On the basis of an FIR lodged by the victim's father, the accused was arrested on Friday, they said. Later, a case has been registered against him, police added.
