Only Khammam district which had a lesser impact of the stir recorded 50 per cent passes. The average pass percentage of ten Telanagana districts is 47.7 per cent. Interestingly, Adilabad stood first among government colleges with 61 per cent. Krishna district topped the list with 71 per cent passes.
