THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) has sought an apology from Chief Minister Oommen Chandy ‘if had any respect for democracy and values.’DYFI national president Sreeramakrishnan told reporters here on Tuesday that the Chief Minister was acting according to a script prepared in advance when he presented the resolution to suspend the two MLAs in the Assembly.He alleged that the Chief Minister was propagating falsehood. If he still believed that the Opposition MLAs had attacked the woman Watch and Ward, he should say that the Speaker’s ruling was wrong, the DYFI leader said. He said that action should be taken against Minister K P Mohanan for his misconduct in the Assembly. DYFI state president M Swaraj, secretary T V Rajesh, treasurer K S Sunilkumar and vice-president S P Deepak also attended the news conference.
