Debating Matters India competition

BANGALORE : British Council and the Institute of Ideas, UK, are organising the Bangalore regional finals of Debating Matters India at Christ University on September 29. The debate competition is a national level                  event which encourages students to  discuss and debate issues concerning present times. Twelve teams have qualified for the finals, of which four are from Kerala and the  rest are from the city. More than 450 schools  took part in an online elimination test, of which 96 qualified for a live debate at the regional finals.
