ALAPPUZHA: The Ambalapuzha police on Friday submitted an application seeking custody of Prasobh Sugathan, the first accused in the hit-and-run case involving mv Prabhu Daya in which five fishermen were killed off the Alappuzha coast. We will then take them to the crime spot to collect evidence,” said CI Baby said. The plea to bring the ship mv Prabhu Daya was under consideration of the Chennai court, the police added.
