CM defers Kodanadu visit

CHENNAI: Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa’s visit to Kodanadu scheduled for November 30 has been postponed by a few days. Sources attributed it to landslides at a couple places in the hills enroute to Kodanadu. She is now likely to visit Kodanadu on December 3 and stay there for a couple of weeks. On November 26, the State government has announced that Jayalalithaa would visit Kodanadu on November 30.Meanwhile, the CM called on Governor K Rosaiah and held discussions for about 30 minutes. Official sources described it as a courtesy call.
