KOCHI: The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) on Tuesday submitted its report in the case related to the LIS Deepasthambham fraud.
CDAC director submitted the report containing the information regarding the data recovered from the computer hard disk seized from the LIS office. For the delay in submitting the report, the court had earlier issued a warrant against CDAC executive director, following which he had appeared before the court. The court sitting will be held later to collect the evidence.

Meanwhile the court did not consider the application filed by the Kochi City police seeking permission to further probe into all cases related to LIS fraud.

Another allegation is that the promoters invested the cash as they pleased and bought land.
