As the country celebrates its 67th Republic Day, there are terror alerts triggering in some parts of India. While there's a bomb alert in Punjab, unidentified men moving suspiciously have been spotted in the Uttarakhand capital.

In the first instance, there's a bomb alert at the Pathankot railway station. The alarm was raised after an unclaimed bad was found at the railway station.

Bomb disposal and dog squad were rushed to the Pathankot station, while search and scan operations were initiated. However, no bomb was found at the station.

Meanwhile, an alert has been raised in a posh market and residential locality of Dehradun. There were reports of suspicious movements on the Rajpur road, as eight unidentified men were spotted in the area.

This comes just hours after Republic Day celebrations at the Rajpath in the national capital, where India displayed its military might as well as cultural diversity. There have been terror alerts across the country ahead of the 67th Republic Day.
