Bid to rob ATM foiled

HYDERABAD: Yet another unsuccessful attempt was made to rob an ATM of a nationalised bank on the outskirts of the city. Unable to open the machine, the offenders broke the CCTV camera installed on the premises and fled away with the camera. No security guard was posted at the ATM centre.The attempt took place in SBH’s ATM located near the local MRO Office in Shamshabad. Airport police said they would verify the CCTV recordings on Thursday.
