Bharath University hosts 24th convocation

CHENNAI: Bharath University hosted its 24th Annual Convocation for the students of the 2006 – 2010 batch recently. Chief guests Dr Santanu Chaudhury, Professor – IIT Delhi, and Dr Jyothi Prasad, Professor – IIT Mumbai, addressed the students and spoke about the various aspects of knowledge and wisdom. Dr J Sundeep Aanand, President, Bharath University said, “This is a proud moment for all of us here in the university. The 2010 results have been very satisfying and we are happy to know that most of our students have been placed in various companies across the globe.”The former students interacted with the staff about their graduation and work carried out since.  The faculty were happy to note that many of the new additions to the current curriculum were helpful in giving the students an edge over other universities and in their professional career.
