BANGALORE: Taking their Public Private Partnership (PPP) model a step ahead, the Bruhat Bangalore Mahangara Palike (BBMP) and Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) earlier this month.According to the agreement, CREDAI would be entrusted with maintaining 49 traffic junctions in the city at an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore, which includes eautification and maintenance, at an approximate cost of Rs 50 lakh per junction.
