Nominations of 2,716 candidates were found valid after scrutiny of papers filed for the 200 assembly constituencies of Rajasthan going to polls on December 1.
Of the 2,970 nominations received, 339 were rejected, a Chief Election Office source said on Thursday.
Of the valid candidates, 206 candidates belong to ruling Congress, 203 to opposition BJP, 201 - BSP, 158 - National People's Party (NPP), 37 - CPM, 24 - CPI, 1331 independents and 556 others, he said.
The last date for withdrawal of nominations is November 16.
