Armed assailants stab 60-year-old man in his house

A 60-year-old man was allegedly stabbed by unidentified armed assailants in his house in Sihani village of Ghaziabad district, police said on Friday.

Ramesh Tyagi, was attacked inside his home by knife, police said. After the incident, he was hospitalised in a private hospital where his situation is stated to be critical, they said, adding that the reason behind the attack was not immediately known.

His nephew, Ramesh, has registered a case in this regard and efforts are on to nab the culprits, they added.
