It missed the judge, but there was commotion in the court.Chhabi Das and three others were arrested by Satyabadi police in November 2010 for allegedly looting a jewellery shop at gunpoint and escaping from the scene after exploding  bombs. The four are being tried in the sessions court.It is learnt that Chhabi Das had sent a complaint to Nayagarh police stating that his family members were being harassed by the villagers. Chhabi is a native of Chandua village under Nayagarh police station limits. A reminder to the Nayagarh SP was also sent in this regard.Chhabi alleged that despite his repeated pleas, no action was taken by the police. He said he resorted to throwing the footwear in the court to the draw attention of the authorities to his complaint.
