Chhabi is a native of Chandua village under Nayagarh police station limits. A reminder to the Nayagarh SP was also sent in this regard.Chhabi alleged that despite his repeated pleas, no action was taken by the police. He said he resorted to throwing the footwear in the court to the draw attention of the authorities to his complaint.
