A free meal and a long queue

BANGALORE: Afternoons at Vidhana Soudha has become a messy affair with people standing in long queues waiting for free food that is being supplied since the past four days.
Former minister and MLA S N Krishnaiah Setty has been serving free lunch for Group D employees of Vidhana Soudha and Multi Storey Building."Setty has been providing free meals for over 5,000 people every day in Malur, his home constituency. Aware of this, Group D employees in the city requested him to extend the facility to them as well. So, the food is being served," said Ganesh, a close associate of Setty, who oversees the food distribution at Vidhana Soudha.
