Mumbai: Farooq Pawle, a key accused in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, was on Monday held guilty of all the charges leveled against him.
Pawle, was held guilty of planting explosives around Lucky Petrol Pump near the Shiv Sena Bhavan at Dadar and also near the Air India building.
He had parked an RDX laden car in the both places.
The explosion near Sena Bhavan had claimed four lives and left 50 injured, 10 of whom were grievously hurt.
In the explosion near the Air India building, 20 people were killed and 85 injured
of whom 36 had been grievously hurt.
Designated TADA court judge P D Kode held Pawle guilty under section 3(2) of TADA and under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
A clean-shaven Pawle, attired in white kurta-pajama, exhibited no emotions and remained impassive when the judge pronounced his verdict.
