How to Switch Google Task Lists on PC or Mac
This wikiHow teaches you how to view all your saved task lists on Google Tasks, and switch between different lists, using an internet browser.
Steps

Open Gmail in your internet browser. Type mail.google.com into the address bar, and press ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return on your keyboard. If you're not automatically logged in, sign in with your email or phone, and your password.

Click the Google Tasks icon on the right-hand side. The Tasks icon is a blue circle with a yellow dot and a white diagonal line. It's located below your profile avatar near the top-right corner. This will open a new panel on the right-hand side. You can view and edit all your tasks and lists here. If you haven't upgraded your mailbox to Gmail's latest layout, you may not be able to find the Tasks icon on the right sidebar. To upgrade, click the Android 7 Settings icon on the top-right, and click Try the new Gmail.

Click the Android 7 Dropdown icon next to your current list's name. The name of your current task list is indicated at the top of the Tasks panel. It will open a drop-down menu of all your lists.

Select the list you want to view. Find the name of the list you want to switch to, and click it on the drop-down menu. This will switch you to the selected task list. You will see all the tasks on this list below the list name.

What's your reaction?
