Earning Money Quickly in GTA III (PC)
Launch Grand Theft Auto III. This can be done by either double-clicking the GTA III shortcut icon on the desktop if it there, or by following this Start Menu sequence: Start button >> All Programs >> Rockstar Games >> Grand Theft Auto III.

After you’ve started the game and entered the game world, just type in this cheat code as it is: ifiwerearichman. You do not need to press Enter after typing in the phrase. Typing the phrase once adds $25,000 to your in-game cash, which is indicated on the top right-hand corner of the screen. The cheat may be used an indefinite number of times.

A green blip will also appear on your map showing you the movement of the suspect. A side mission ends when you fail to complete a level, or if you press CAPS LOCK again to turn it off.
