Madrid: Real Madrid attacker Angel Di Maria has expressed his satisfaction at the 4-0 Champions League quarter-final first leg win over Tottenham, but claims the second leg won't be so easy.
The winger added to a brace from Emmanuel Adebayor before Cristiano Ronaldo scored a fourth to leave the Spanish giants all but though, yet he expects a much tougher time at White Hart Lane in a week's time.
"The atmosphere in London could complicate things for us in the second leg. The return leg will be a different match," Di Maria said to AS.
The Argentina international was one of the star performers at the Santiago Bernabeu and capped a fine outing by scoring the third goal after 72 minutes of play.
"I'm very happy with the final result. It's very important to score several goals in this stage of the Champions League. This win gives us confidence and makes us more relaxed," he added.
"It was clear for all to see that we put in a good performance out there. We finished the match in great fashion. We stayed very relaxed and dealt with this encounter very well."
